Movie "Azaan" is scheduled to be released on 14th Oct 2011 Friday but it has rough weather. Mumbai Samajwadi Party vice-president Farookh Ghosi has said that the name of the movie hurts Muslim sentiments. A case has been filed against the movie.

Azaan music album is good one. It is special with two melodies 'Afreen' and 'Khuda Ke Liye'. These two could have fitted into the biggest of loving musicals. 'Habibi Habibi' should be adequate. There is very good chance of the sound tracks of Aazaan seeing a shelf life even after the movies’ hit the theaters as well.
Real bonus is the 'reprise' version of 'Aafreen' for Aazaan by Rahat Fateh Ali Khan. It is quite a ride for music lovers that will make them glad.
Salim Merchant is continuing to make the smile of lovers with 'Khuda Ke Liye' with Shradha Pandit. 'Khuda Ke Liye' is written by Amitabh Bhattacharya. It is a soft number.
The mood of the Azaan songs album is changed with 'Bismillah' – a Sufi number.
Next is 'Habibi Habibi'. It is an item number of film's leading lady Candice Boucher. It is reminding 70s with belly dance.
